The delivery of goods takes place on the dispatch route to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The period begins one day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, it ends on the next working day.

The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item is only transferred to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

If the transport company sends the goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the costs of sending if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. For the return costs, if the customer effectively exercises the right of withdrawal, the provisions made in the seller’s cancellation policy apply, see https://www.teutogin.de/versand-und-ruecksendung

§9 place of jurisdiction

If the customer acts as a merchant, legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law with headquarters in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the business location of the seller. If the customer is based outside the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, the seller's place of business is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract if the contract or claims from the contract can be attributed to the customer's professional or commercial activity. In the above cases, however, the seller is always entitled to call the court at the customer's registered office.
